    摘要:

    针对型式试验必须按照产品进口国标准进行检验的新要求,以真空吸尘器谐波电流发射检测为例,分析IEC谐波电流发射标准中有关条款的技术细则,讨论了待测设备的运行工况对测试结果的影响。对触发角设定为90°附近的依据给出理论解释,通过试验确定了触发角与待测设备输出功率之间的关系,给出一种在实际检测过程中的合理流程。对某款吸尘器进行现场试验,证明本文所得结果的有效性和准确性。

    Abstract:

    According to the new requirements that type testing of products must be in accordance with the standards of the importing country, taking harmonic current emission testing of vacuum cleaners as an example, the study analyzed the technical details of the IEC standards about harmonic current emission. The operation conditions of Equipments Under Test(EUT) were discussed. The cause of the firing-angle being set to 90° was explained theoretically. The relationship between the firing-angle and the power output of EUT was identified through experiments. A very useful testing flow was put forward. A kind of vacuum cleaner was used to be tested,and the results demonstrated the validity and accuracy of the conclusion of this paper.
