    摘要:

    随着现代信息技术的快速进步,物联网设备的数量呈现爆炸式增长,为了应对不断增长的通信需求,亟需提出新的通信范式。语义通信系统在提高端到端传输性能方面显示出巨大的潜力,在未来通信中具有广阔的研究前景。然而基于深度学习的语义通信存在一定的安全隐患,微小的攻击可以导致深度学习模型做出错误的判断,这可能会阻碍了未来语义通信的实际部署。在本文中,我们提出了一种基于深度学习的多级语义通信系统,联合传输完成下游任务。考虑到语义通信系统在实际应用中面对的真实场景,我们加入了的信道效应和对抗攻击。通过实验证明,这个系统具有一定的抗攻击性,为设计更稳健的语义通信系统提供了启示。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid progress of modern information technology and the explosive growth in the number of IoT devices, there is an urgent need to propose new communication paradigms in order to cope with the growing communication demands. Semantic communication systems show great potential in improving end-to-end transmission performance and have a broad research prospect in future communication. However, deep learning-based semantic communication has certain security concerns, and tiny attacks can cause deep learning models to make wrong judgments, which may hinder the practical deployment of semantic communication in the future. In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based multilevel semantic communication system with joint transmission to accomplish downstream tasks. Considering the real scenarios that semantic communication systems face in practical applications, we incorporate channel effects and counter attacks. Through experiments, this system is proved to be resistant to attacks, which provides insights for designing more robust semantic communication systems.
