The integration of the radar/communication and EW system is the inevitable result of electronic technology development and modern war requirement. The integration of electronic warfare equipment is high-tech system connect ideas for modem material science, photon science, microelectronics, photoelectron technique，micro-machinery technique，especially computer hardware and software，as well as software radio-technology，etc. This paper analyses the main features，development trend and some key technologies for accomplishing the integration of radar-electronic warfare.
