      为了降低太赫兹波传输的损耗,研究了波纹波导中传输太赫兹波时的损耗特性,得到波纹波导的衰减常数的理论计算公式,在数值计算基础上设计了220 GHz低损耗波纹波导,并通过电磁仿真对数值计算结果进行验证,HE11模式实现了仿真与理论结果的相互吻合。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the loss of terahertz wave transmission, the loss characteristic of electromagnetic wave in corrugated waveguide has been studied. The calculation formula of attenuation constant for corrugated waveguide is obtained. Based on the numerical calculation, a low loss corrugated waveguide working at 220 GHz is designed, and the numerical results are verified by electromagnetic simulation. It is indicated that the theoretical result and simulation result agree well in HE11 mode.
