    摘要:

    本文提出了一种新型超宽带紧耦合阵列天线单元的设计,并结合紧耦合阵的等效电路模型进行分析。采用新型低剖面耦合匹配层取代传统介质板作为匹配层,解决了传统介质板匹配层由于高次模引起阵列在某一频点无法有效辐射的问题,改善了阵列扫描性能。阵列采用Marchand巴伦对偶极子进行馈电。仿真结果表明该阵列工作频带覆盖2-18GHz,扫描范围覆盖E面60°和H面45°。该天线相较传统天线更有利于实现宽角扫描以及低剖面、轻量化的设计要求。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, an ultra-wideband tightly coupled array element loaded with a novel low-profile coupled superstrate is presented. Equivalent circuit model (ECM) is employed to analyze and optimize design parameters. The low-profile coupled superstrate is employed to replace the traditional dielectric superstrate, which solves the problem that array radiates ineffectively at certain frequency point due to the high order mode surface wave, and improves the array’s scanning performance. Marchand balun is employed to feed dipole element. A ptototype is simulated and results show that over the operation frequency band of 2-18 GHz (9:1) the scanning range of E plane and H plane are 60° and 45° with VSWR<3. Compared with the traditonal antenna, this design is more beneficial to realize design requirements of wide-angle scanning, low-profile and lightwight.
