The error code of telemetry directly influences the analysis and evaluation of the test results. Establishing suitable error code model plays a key part in quality of telemetry data processing. The analysis of flight test data is based on Rice fading process and range based model of signal strength，and the error distribution model is obtained by estimating the distribution of the receiver. According to the statistical results, error code distribution of every bit in frame is independent and identical，and error codes of the receiver are becoming less and less with the aircraft approaching the antenna. Discussion on error code distribution of multi-station provides support for data fusion in theory.
